Skill Development
M-Square Tech Foundation, endeavour to bridge skills deficit & promoting employability. We intend to develop world class skilled domestic talent/manpower for the Indian biotech industry. We would narrow the existing gap between demand and supply of skills by increased collaboration between the primary stakeholders i.e., the Human resource, Industry and Academia. We shall up-skill and certify personnel in 15+ lab techniques, by signing MOUs with Industry and academia. We will develop necessary frameworks for standards, curriculum and quality assurance at all levels in vocational/technical programs to meet the needs of the industry. We, along with our stakeholders, shall participate in regional and international vocational biotech sector development initiatives to learn and implement the best teaching practices and to work in innovative and creative field which gives responsibility and recognition.

We have crossed more than 50+ Students, in the starting first month itself, who have undergone Training/Projects at M-Square Tech Foundation Biotech. Apart from the undergraduate & post graduate candidates of various life science verticals, Ph.D research scholars, HOD of various institutional department have also undergone their training on various subjects/topics at our company. We intend to help the trained human resource in finding appropriate position through constant liaison with biotech industries.
Pilot Scale Manufacturing
Many biotech researchers/entrepreneurs and start-ups have developed proof-of-concepts and have patented the same. However, most of these innovations do not see light of the day because they face challenges to manufacture or scale-up the production of their innovation in a cost-effective manner. It is only after scale-up of production they can do adequate studies for regulatory requirements and generate the appropriate data for the same.
Here, M-Square Tech Foundation, would act as bridging service provider allowing researchers/entrepreneurs/start-ups access to cost-effective scale-up production facilities. This would enable them to bring their innovation nearer to the commercialisation stage.
Research based services
Our team members are highly educated (PhDs, Masters, and Post-doctoral) from reputed institutes around the world with extensive industrial experiences. Our board of consultants include former Scientists from eminent research institutions like Centre for Cellular and Molecular Biology (CCMB), Indian Institute of Chemical Technology (IICT), National Institute of Nutrition (NIN), Osmania University etc.
We want to leverage such a knowledge and experience base to provide support to the biotechnology, life sciences and medical device industries in the form of research services outsourced on a contract basis or in collaboration along with the guidance and other necessary assistance to help them develop and commercialize their innovation.
Currently with help from AIC-CCMB facilities, we have developed high performance chimeric enzymes and CRISPR based gene-editing and diagnostics technologies. We have also provided research based products and services to companies, Institutes and start-ups, with a knowledge-based personalised approach.
We intend to supports academia-industry interaction between research institutes, universities, public funded research laboratories, governmental organizations, research foundations and companies/industries.
Academic partners who have already generated or have pre-existing scientifically established PoC/leads could seek support for specific research and validation process to be performed by company partners. The industry partner in turn would complete the validation phase in a Contract Research mode or in collaboration.
Some other specific services from the industry would also be offered such as; molecular cloning, expression and purification of proteins, sequencing, use of specific equipment etc, required by the academia/industry for the development or validation of the PoC.
We are also in the process of having DSIR recognized in-house R&D unit.
